The Universality Spectrum : Consistency for More Classes
نویسنده
چکیده
We deal with consistency results for the existence of universal models in natural classes of models (more exactly–a somewhat weaker version). We apply a result on quite general family to Tfeq and to the class of triangle-free graphs

Edge Universality of Beta Ensembles
We prove the edge universality of the beta ensembles for any β > 1, provided that the limiting spectrum is supported on a single interval, and the external potential is C 4 and regular. We also prove that the edge universality holds for generalized Wigner matrices for all symmetry classes. Moreover, our results allow us to extend bulk universality for beta ensembles from analytic potentials to ...
متن کاملOn two classes of third order boundary value problems with finite spectrum
The spectral analysis of two classes of third order boundary value problems is investigated. For every positive integer $m$ we construct two classes of regular third order boundary value problems with at most $2m+1$ eigenvalues, counting multiplicity. These kinds of finite spectrum results are previously known only for even order boundary value problems.

We have performed extensive numerical simulations to estimate the fractal dimension of the mass and also the anisotropy in the shape of sample spanning cluster (SSC) in 2-D site invasion percolation processes with and without trapping. In agreement with the most recent works, we have observed that these two different processes belong to two different universality classes. Furthermore, we have...
متن کاملAn Investigation of the Relationship between L2 Learning Styles and Teaching Methodologies in EFL Classes
Individual differences have always been a key element in the success and failure of learners in language classrooms. Learners come to EFL classes with various learning styles and teachers utilize different methodologies targeting different needs of the learners which may have important effects on the quality of the learning environment. In this study a comparison is made between learning styles...
متن کاملMathematics Teachers’ Approaches to “Listening” in Mathematics Classes: A phenomenographic approach
The ways that mathematics teachers listen to students’ explanation, influence their understanding of students and their teaching activities. If teachers be informed about different ways of “listening” to students’ ideas and conceptions concerning mathematics, they might be able to use listening as an effective teaching method to enhance students’ mathematical learning. The related literature in...
